Butadiene vinyl-pyridine rubber latex is a binary copolymer of vinylpyridine (α-methyl-5-vinylpyridine) and butadiene, called butadiene vinyl-pyridine rubber latex. The manufacturing method of butadiene pyridine latex is similar to that of styrene-butadiene latex, except that vinylpyridine is used instead of styrene. The polymerization methods are divided into two categories: thermal polymerization and cold polymerization.
